Our Story

Westcliff Living was born out of frustration — and a simple realization.
 
We had hired third-party management companies to handle our own buildings, expecting professionalism and reliability. What we got instead were missed payments, late tenant notices, and poor communication. The tenants weren’t happy, the properties underperformed, and we found ourselves chasing the managers we were paying to make sure the basics got done.
 
To make matters worse, we were billed every time someone simply showed up at the property — even when nothing got fixed.
 
That experience made something clear: if experienced operators like us were struggling with property managers, other landlords must be dealing with much worse.
 
So, we built Westcliff Living — first to manage our own portfolio, and then to offer a smarter, technology-driven alternative for other investors.
